The Division's Survival Expansion Release Date & Details Announced

On their official blog, The Division has announced details and a release date for their upcoming Survival expansion. 

Now, the blog post goes way more in-depth into the specifics of item balancing, bug fixes, and much more. Let's focus on some of the main details including its release date and what players can expect from Update 1.5.

The second expansion will be available November 22nd on Xbox One and PC. PS4 owners can expect the update on December 20th. The Survival game mode is a hardcore experience for players looking to make their way through an abysmal Manhattan.

Survival mode features permanent death and a lobby that hosts up to 24 players. It takes place on a modified version of the open world map players are already familiar with. Get ready to strap in however, the post states that game sessions can last up to 2 hours.
